Garden Tours

Tashiding

Sunday, May 17, 10AM–4PM (rain or shine)

This year our tour focuses on one garden that is so extensive, it merits a tour of its own: Tashiding!

Tashiding is a stunning property in the Western Run Valley (Baltimore County) that showcases the joining of Eastern and Western cultures. Its thirty acres include a one-acre pond with a Japanese teahouse, a conifer and maple garden, an aviary, a peony pavilion and more! Tashiding is part arboretum, part park, part Xanadu—a four-season garden not to be missed.

Doug Hamilton will be signing copies of his book Tashiding, Between Earth and Sky during the tour but books will not be sold on the day of the tour.  Books may be purchased ahead of time from Amazon.

This is a members-only event and pre-registration is required.

Spaces are limited—register early. Registrants will receive a confirmation email containing the address and parking instructions.
A brochure and map will be available at the garden.
